Complete renovation of a 110 m² apartment located on the frontline of Alcudia beach.

To make the most of the stunning sea views, the property owner was presented with a renovation proposal that embraced a minimalist style with a clear, simple, and direct design language.

The main change involved removing the kitchen partitions, integrating it into a single open space with the living-dining area. A darker laminate flooring was installed, the walls were painted white, and both the passage doors and wardrobes were lacquered in the same color. In the bathrooms, medium-format light gray tiles from the Porcelanosa brand were chosen, and the custom-made sinks and showers were in raw white, made by Silestone. The result was a spacious, bright, and highly functional apartment, perfect for the British owners to enjoy their summer holidays with their family.
