Complete renovation of an approximately 170 m² apartment located on the fourth floor, frontline to the promenade of Puerto de Alcudia.
The biggest challenge of this renovation was improving the layout of the apartment. It was a flat with few open spaces and numerous columns and walls. The owner's main desire was to expand the living-dining area by integrating it with the old hallway, while also opening up the kitchen so that all the rooms formed a single space. To add warmth and a timeless character to the apartment, noble materials such as slightly whitewashed oak wood and natural stone were used. As the apartment had a long hallway, the walls were painted and the doors lacquered in white to bring in more light.
With all these interventions to achieve a layout in line with current standards, and the high-quality furniture supplied by “Sa Caseta,” our trusted supplier, the apartment was given a contemporary style with a layout that suits modern living.
